     Hey Henry,

     Very Rarely will i do any kind of special diet. For the most part i eat what i want. If im weight or shape gets to a point im not pleased with , i will go on a clean up diet. Lean meats, lots of fruit and veggies. Very little pasta or rice but i will have a baked potato with low fat sour cream to satisfy my craving for starch.

     Most of my family knows about my career. My sister and brother are ok with it. My dad is a bit more iffy

     Hey Fred, thank you! I dont have any special diet. I would say avoid anything you think is likely to upset your stomach. Im sure healthy high fiber foods are helpful but i would never modify my diet long term for that reason.
