I am a fan of both body building and fitness competitions. Both take an incredible amount of time and dedication to produce those amazing bodies. My two favorite body builders are Arnold Schwarzenegger and Lee Haney but I wouldnt want to be that humongous and Im not attracted to either.

Ryan Terry on the other hand, has what I think is the PERFECT body. Plenty of muscle but not overboard and ripped to shreds. I would love to look like him. Oh did I mention he is drop dead (like pick you up off da floor) GORGEOUS. The boy is just stunning. Anywhoo, here are some clips of his workouts.
