I am not nearly qualified enough to give definitive advice about something this serious. I can only offer my opinion , so here it is. I think child abuse is absolutely despicable and in my opinion there is not a punishment severe enough for the people who commit such a horrible act.

Finally, the reason those of us that have been abused have problems with sexually intimate relationships is caused by the thought that sex is not something that is part of intimacy. Our abuse was not intimate they had their sex with us and then it was over. They came back the next time they wanted to use us for sex.
I went through a lot of therapy. The abuse is now a part of my past and because I have learned that it it’s a small part of who I am. I recognize when my current behaviors may be a result of my past abuse and I change the behavior.
I have been there, masturbating is great if you want a relationship with your hand. Your hand will never leave you, it won’t hurt you, but it is lousy when it comes to dating or having a loving relationship. Get therapy like Marc said. Then live in the full loving relationship you deserve. You are worthy and deserve it!
