Great info Marc! You mentioned about your diet…but how to you maintain such good nutritional healthy eating habits when you are traveling so often? Hey , actually I eat out most of the time but I cook for myself sometimes. I think you can eat reasonably healthy weather traveling or at home, just takes a little will power 🙂

You mentioned that you’d been using the retinoid creams (?) quite a while – so you haven’t noticed any long-term negative effects? Is your usage being monitored by the dermatologist that you mentioned? Just wondering.

P.S. – Do you ever get out to the California desert (Palm Springs) ? Not sure how much production takes place here, but I understand that there used to be quite a bit. 🙂
