Hello Guys,after the hard leg workout today we train our shoulders and neck. I hope you can still run?;)Let´s start today with the shoulders. For my shoulders I make a total of 5 exercises with 3 sets and 8-12 reps. Before matrimonial training of the shoulders I´m back 5 to 10 minutes of cardio to warm up to me.As a first exercise I´m doing shoulder presses on the Smith machine. Here I make two warm-up sets with light weight advance to my shoulder muscles correctly to keep warm. Then I start with the three work sets. Please select here to start not too much weight to you the correct execution of each exercise controlled. If you have mastered the correct execution take as much weight that you complete the final repetition just barely make it. As a second exercise for my shoulders I do lateral raises prevented sitting with dumbbells, then Arnold Press and Barbell Front Raise and finally Butterfly Reverse.Finally, I train my neck muscles with the exercises Upright rowing with the SZ- barbell and Shrugs with dumbbells.
