Today is the day before Memorial day! And as such I was pretty much planning what I am going to do tomorrow! I come from a military background so this holiday is actually a big deal for me! I sit with my day and reflect on his Vietnam days and on the friends he has lost during the war. We reflect on my great Uncle who I died in WWII and talk with my grandpa about the war. He was a very funny and happy go lucky type of guy. I would have apparently liked him very much! Everything isn’t so gloomy on this holiday either, as I am going to the beach and having a barbecue! I bring my Veggie Burgers and heat them up while everyone else brings their meaty food (FYI guys, I am a vegetarian :P) On Monday I will log on and tell you guys how the day went at the beach. I might even show you guys my beach attire ;)So you should definitely look forward to that! I know I am just starting out on this website and may seem a little shy at first, but hopefully I will warm up to you guys, and we will be able to engage in insightful conversation! Cant wait to talk with all of you guys on Monday! Muah!
