As I am sure you heard by now, I am quite the gaymer = gay + gamer. But weirdly enough, I haven’t written too much about gaming. So, I thought that I would talk a little bit about my favorite games! First and foremost, my favorite type of games is MMORPG – Massively Multiplayer Online Roleplaying Game. Some games in this genre that I have or do play are: World of Warcraft, Ultima Online, Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn, The Fourth Coming, I love MMORPGs because the online communities are usually pretty cool and I am a social kinda guy so being able to play with a bunch of other people is nice. I have the most fun when I am trying to accomplish a goal with other players. The downside of MMORPGs is that they are under constant pressure to release new content to keep players interested, which often leads to the games becoming unwieldy or ridiculous over time. Many of my favorite games have been ruined by expansions (Ultima Online). Also, they usually require a monthly subscription. This can deter your friends from trying the game out even if there is a free trial or something. However, for me, those cons are largely overshadowed by the reasons I love MMORPGs.Aside from MMORPGS, I like FPS – First Person Shooters and general RPG games. Some of my favorites are: Halo, Battlefield 4, Destiny, Pokemon, Final Fantasy VII, Final Fantasy Tactics, Mario RPG, Zelda (almost all of them), Bravely Default, New Horizons, etc. Too many to list!I love talking about gaming, so strike up a convo with me about it!
