Well today is Monday, May 5th, 2014 – I have decided to start my goal of building my body into the studded out monsters seen on the TV from Hollywood. To start the day off today, I am going to work on my pushups, have a goal of hitting 200 today, that should be a good start to my plan for the chest. Then i will start working my abs, 250 crunches or so thrusting action, and planks and continue on from there. The key from my past is eat low cal. high protein food, such as chicken, tuna, whey protein along with lots of exercise. Clearly I am not a expert in the muscle building field but I am going to work on learning more of the info that will help be become a better more educated man. Honestly, I am still at a loss about what I should do – Naturally, I am going to work on my physical body and get in the best shape I can but I also need to work on the rest of my body – my mind. I really need to work on getting my mind in the top shape via reading books, and listening to motivational speakers ext. Well I think my time here is about done… sorry for rambling so much, as you can tell I am not a English major by any stretch of the imagination but I try to do my best with the time provided….
